SnipeDeal is a free browser extension that finds and applies working discount codes at checkout when you click the “Snipe a Deal?” button. SnipeDeal is independently owned and operated. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by the retailers where the extension operates.

SnipeDeal uses publicly available coupon and deal information to build and maintain its codes database.

When you intentionally run SnipeDeal at checkout, the extension may process the retailer domain, codes tested and information necessary to determine whether a discount worked. Where possible, preferences and savings information are kept locally on your device.

If you sign up for an optional SnipeDeal email, we store the email address you provide and your subscription status so we can deliver and manage those messages.

SnipeDeal is not designed to collect your retailer passwords, payment-card details, shipping addresses or complete browsing history. Checkout information needed to test a coupon is processed only as necessary to perform the action you requested.

SnipeDeal is free to install and use. We may earn an affiliate commission when you intentionally choose to use a deal SnipeDeal surfaced. The merchant pays that commission; it does not add a SnipeDeal fee to your purchase.

Affiliate attribution is triggered only by an intentional user action. SnipeDeal does not silently rewrite shopping URLs in the background.

Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how affiliate attribution works and identifies currently active affiliate relationships. SnipeDeal's goal is to make those relationships clear before they affect a user's shopping session.

If you opt in to a SnipeDeal email, we use Resend as our email-delivery provider. Information required to deliver the message, such as your email address and message content, is processed for that purpose.

Marketing or digest emails include an unsubscribe mechanism where required. We may retain suppression information necessary to honour an unsubscribe request.

The SnipeDeal website is deployed using Netlify and is intended to be served through snipedeal.co. Other infrastructure providers may process limited technical data where necessary to operate SnipeDeal. SnipeDeal remains responsible for the information described in this policy.

SnipeDeal does not use advertising cookies to sell or profile your browsing activity. The website or its infrastructure may use technically necessary storage or request information required to operate and secure the service.

The extension uses browser local storage for settings and other local extension data. Retailer websites may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

SnipeDeal is not directed at children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to SnipeDeal, contact us at support@snipedeal.co so we can review and address the request.

You may contact SnipeDeal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. Send requests to support@snipedeal.co.

If you have a complaint about how SnipeDeal has handled personal information, contact us first at support@snipedeal.co. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
