By installing or using the SnipeDeal browser extension (the “Extension”) or visiting this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, uninstall the Extension and don't use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version.

SnipeDeal is a free shopping-assistance service designed to identify and test available discount codes and, where supported, compare exact-product offers. SnipeDeal does not promise to find every code, retailer, promotion or product offer available on the internet.

Results may depend on retailer support, available data, eligibility rules, location, stock, shipping, timing and other factors outside SnipeDeal's control.

SnipeDeal is designed to require intentional user action before testing or applying codes or opening affiliate-linked retailer offers. SnipeDeal does not represent that every retailer behaves identically, and merchants may independently use cookies or other technologies under their own policies.

SnipeDeal may earn a commission when you intentionally follow a clearly identified affiliate link and complete a qualifying transaction. Affiliate relationships can include Amazon Associates, Awin advertiser programmes for which SnipeDeal has actually been approved, and other networks or direct retailer programmes added over time.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

An affiliate relationship is a commercial referral arrangement. It does not mean the retailer or network sponsors, endorses, owns, approves or operates SnipeDeal unless we expressly state otherwise.

Affiliate status is not intended to determine which result is ranked as the best deal. Ranking may consider factors such as exact-product match confidence, price, availability, shipping or other relevant checkout costs when available, and data freshness.

SnipeDeal does not currently sell sponsored result placement. If paid placement or sponsored content is introduced later, it will be identified separately and clearly.

Retailers, not SnipeDeal, control final prices, stock, product descriptions, shipping, taxes, code eligibility, checkout terms, returns and transaction processing. Displayed prices, discounts and availability can change without notice.

Always verify the final product, seller, price, shipping cost, discount and checkout total on the retailer's site before purchasing.

We do not warrant that a code will work, that an offer will remain available, that a comparison will include every retailer, that a product match will be error-free, or that using SnipeDeal will always produce a saving. Demonstrations, sample savings and interface examples are illustrative unless expressly identified as live transaction data.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension on browsers you control for lawful shopping purposes.

You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, resell, disrupt, scrape protected endpoints at scale, interfere with security controls, or use the Service unlawfully.

The SnipeDeal name, logo, software and original interface are owned by SnipeDeal or its licensors. Retailer names, logos, product names, images and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in SnipeDeal does not by itself imply endorsement or partnership.

When you leave SnipeDeal for a retailer or other third-party site, that third party's terms, privacy policy, pricing, fulfilment, returns and customer-service rules apply. SnipeDeal is not the seller of products shown through third-party retailers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Affiliate networks and retailers may process referral identifiers, cookies, link parameters or similar attribution information under their own policies. SnipeDeal's handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Commercial relationships and link-level disclosure are explained in our Affiliate & Commercial Disclosure.

We may add, change or remove supported retailers, affiliate programmes, ranking factors, data providers or product features. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service. Material changes to these Terms will update the effective date above.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipeDeal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the Service, merchant conduct, unavailable products, inaccurate third-party data, promotional-code failure, pricing changes, fulfilment, returns or affiliate attribution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you.
