By installing or using the SnipeDeal browser extension, visiting this website, or creating a SnipeDeal account (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't create an account or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version.

SnipeDeal is a free shopping-assistance service designed to identify and test available discount codes and, where supported, compare exact-product offers, maintain watchlists and provide savings or price information.

Results may depend on retailer support, available data, eligibility rules, location, stock, shipping, timing and other factors outside SnipeDeal's control. SnipeDeal does not promise to find every code, retailer, promotion or product offer available on the internet.

You may create a SnipeDeal account using accurate information and a password you are responsible for keeping confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us if you believe it has been compromised.

Account features may include profile information, a dashboard, watchlists, price alerts, savings goals and other features added over time. Availability of a particular account feature is not guaranteed.

Customers may delete their account through the profile controls. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the customer identity and associated account data described in our Privacy Policy, subject to limited information we may reasonably retain where required to honour an unsubscribe request, protect the Service, resolve disputes or comply with applicable law.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, to interfere with the Service, or in material breach of these Terms.

SnipeDeal is designed to require intentional user action before testing or applying codes or opening affiliate-linked retailer offers. SnipeDeal does not represent that every retailer behaves identically, and merchants may independently use cookies or other technologies under their own policies.

Email subscriptions such as the weekly digest are optional. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in the relevant marketing or digest email. Unsubscribing from a digest does not itself delete your SnipeDeal account.

We may invite optional feedback about why you unsubscribed. You do not have to provide a reason in order to unsubscribe.

SnipeDeal may earn a commission when you intentionally follow a clearly identified eligible affiliate link and complete a qualifying transaction. Affiliate relationships can include Amazon Associates, Awin advertiser programmes for which SnipeDeal has actually been approved, and other networks or direct retailer programmes added over time.

An affiliate relationship is a commercial referral arrangement. It does not mean the retailer or network sponsors, endorses, owns, approves or operates SnipeDeal unless we expressly state otherwise.

Affiliate status is not intended to determine which result is ranked as the best deal. Ranking may consider factors such as coupon confidence, observed success or failure, exact-product match confidence, price, availability, shipping or other relevant checkout costs when available, and data freshness.

SnipeDeal does not currently sell sponsored result placement. If paid placement or sponsored content is introduced later, it will be identified separately and clearly.

Retailers, not SnipeDeal, control final prices, stock, product descriptions, shipping, taxes, code eligibility, checkout terms, returns and transaction processing. Displayed prices, discounts and availability can change without notice.

Always verify the final product, seller, price, shipping cost, discount and checkout total on the retailer's site before purchasing.

We do not warrant that a code will work, that an offer will remain available, that a comparison will include every retailer, that a product match will be error-free, or that using SnipeDeal will always produce a saving. Demonstrations, sample savings and interface examples are illustrative unless expressly identified as live transaction data.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and install the Extension on browsers you control for lawful shopping purposes.

You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, resell, disrupt, scrape protected endpoints at scale, interfere with security controls, submit malicious or deceptive data, attempt unauthorised access, or use the Service unlawfully.

If you submit coupon information, rate a coupon or provide other community feedback to SnipeDeal, you must have the right to provide it and must not knowingly submit fraudulent, malicious, deceptive, abusive or misleading content. You must not use multiple accounts, automation or coordinated activity to manipulate ratings, coupon rankings, contributor merit or verification signals.

A community submission or positive rating is evidence from a user, not SnipeDeal verification. SnipeDeal may moderate, reject, remove, de-rank or retain community evidence according to its verification and abuse-prevention systems. Eligibility reports such as minimum-spend, new-customer, region, app or category restrictions may be treated as conditional evidence rather than proof that a coupon is globally invalid.

Free-text moderation notes and user-entered discount claims may be reviewed before any claim is published. Do not include passwords, payment details, order numbers, addresses or other sensitive personal information in community submissions or notes.

By submitting coupon facts, ratings or eligibility reports, you give SnipeDeal permission to store, analyse, aggregate, moderate and display that contribution as needed to operate and improve the Service. This permission does not require SnipeDeal to publish the contribution or identify you publicly.

Community submissions and ratings are anonymous publicly by default. If SnipeDeal offers a public contributor profile, it remains disabled unless you explicitly enable it. A public profile may display your chosen alias and aggregate contribution statistics, but does not by itself make your account name, email address, account identifier or individual shopping activity public.

The SnipeDeal name, logo, software and original interface are owned by SnipeDeal or its licensors. Retailer names, logos, product names, images and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in SnipeDeal does not by itself imply endorsement or partnership.

When you leave SnipeDeal for a retailer or other third-party site, that third party's terms, privacy policy, pricing, fulfilment, returns and customer-service rules apply. SnipeDeal is not the seller of products shown through third-party retailers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Affiliate networks and retailers may process referral identifiers, cookies, link parameters or similar attribution information under their own policies. SnipeDeal's handling of account, email and other information is described in our Privacy Policy. Commercial relationships and link-level disclosure are explained in our Affiliate & Commercial Disclosure.

We may add, change or remove supported retailers, affiliate programmes, ranking factors, data providers, account features or other parts of the Service. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service. Material changes to these Terms will update the effective date above.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipeDeal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the Service, merchant conduct, unavailable products, inaccurate third-party data, promotional-code failure, pricing changes, fulfilment, returns or affiliate attribution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you.
